Restructure

28th July

Jimmy Coyle today announced his new wage structure at Arsenal:

Hot Prospect Players : 5-10k
Backup Players : 10-25k
Rotation Players : 25-40k
First Team Players : 40-70k
Key Players : 70-140k

"In the event of a player requesting more money than the wage structure the player will be considered at the next level in the bracket if manager deems the player is that status within the club.

No Key Player will EVER be paid over 140k on a 2/3rd contract signing with the club. Every new signing will receive 100k or less as their first contract regardless of who the player is.

This structure is fairly similar to whats in place but players will be paid to what their worth is to the club. There will never be a backup player on 50-60k a week."

On the Rumour Mill:
